I'm not sure if I kept track of the sales of my book 'Entreprenerd' as faithfully as I did in the first years after it was published. But if I counted correctly, I sold 25 copies this year, resulting in a total sales of 874 copies. Sales are dropping year by year (in 2024, I sold 37 copies, in 2023, 105). That's probably normal, knowing that the book was released in 2021.
In April, Amazon introduced audiobooks generated by Artificial Intelligence. I immediately tried the functionality and started offering an eBook version of my book. I find it hard to see which 'digital sales' are eBooks, and which are audiobooks, but as far as I can see, I sold 3 audiobooks this year. The other sales consisted of 1 hardcover, 7 paperbacks, 8 eBooks on Leanpub, 4 eBooks on Amazon, and 2 eBooks through other channels.

Comparing with last year's status of the reviews, I had two additional reviews on Goodreads (5 stars + 3 stars). There was no change in the Amazon and Kobo reviews.

According to my spreadsheet, I made €5,595.15 in royalties, of which €156.35 generated in 2025 (on average €6.25 per copy sold). That's not an exact amount because the royalties are registered in their original currency. The spreadsheet converts those currency to euros using an exchange value that was fixed in 2021.
I still wonder how well the book would have sold if a 'real publisher' had offered me a book contract. Although I'm quite happy with the book in its current form, I do have some ideas if anyone would be interested in publishing a second edition. Feel free to contact me if you're a publisher!
