On Sunday, we had lunch in the Fish Market in Palo Alto. It's my third visit to Silicon Valley, and every time I've been eating here at least once:

We had a Sunday evening meeting in Palo Alto with Andrew Binstock. I gave him a copy of Wereldwijs and he said it was the first article mentioning his name he had seen in Dutch.
On Monday morning, we left early so that we could do some sight seeing before our first meeting. The buildings at Oracle are shapped as a database symbol:

Back in Mountain View, we had an unpleasant surprise.
For some reason our company credit card is refused, and we have no idea what might be wrong.
Fortunately, we also have a personal card, but this means more work for our accountant :-(
