When you register on a forum, you can sometimes add a watch on a question so that you're informed when a new message is added. I have such a watch on the Google Analytics forum, more specifically on the Reports - Export in PDF format report missing (March 22, 2011) and I'm sorry to say, but I'm still receiving plenty of mail from that topic.
I'm sure the same question has arisen elsewhere, but I only follow this one forum topic, and it's still very active:

I don't understand Google's policy. It's a no brainer to provide PDF reports. Especially if you're using iText (which Google did in the "old" Google Analytics). Why can't they just implement this in the "new" Google Analytics?
I've tried to find out why Google is ignoring this cry for help. Unfortunately, to no avail. I've even sent a mail to James Gosling. He replied:
I'm sceptical about how much help I'll be: I just started here and don't know my way around at all. One of the bizarre things at Google is that there are no "Powers That Be". The place is amazingly chaotic and disorganized.
So let me try once more: please, please, please, can anyone bring me in touch with somebody at Google who can tell me the nature of the problem? Maybe I can help. Well, you can strike that Maybe: I am 100% sure I can help.
If only they would accept my help...
Of course, it's not all bad. Ten days ago, I've added a Google +1 button on my sites, and this blog has already accumulated 13 plus ones, whereas the iText site is currently at 85!
