We had a successful summit a week ago, I taught an iText course in Paris this week, and now I'm preparing for a business trip to the US next week. This means I have plenty of work, and very little time to blog. I didn't even have time to look at the Google Analytics results for March until today:

Did we break any records?
Yes and No:
| Month | Page views | Visits | Visits/day | Unique visitors/month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| January 2012 | 426,012 | 125,017 | 4032 | 68,609 |
| February 2012 | 428,568 | 130,664 | 4505 | 72,807 |
| March 2012 | 450,424 | 133,854 | 4318 | 74,954 |
Yes, we broke the record of total page views (the record in 2011 was 410,338 page views in September), Yes, we broke the record of number of visits (the record in 2011 was 122,717 in November) and Yes, we broke the record of absolute visitors (the record in 2011 was 67,707 in November), but those are all absolute numbers and March was a month with 31 days. The number of visits a day was als higher than in 2011 (4091 in November), but on average, February 2012 was better. I'm happy with the numbers for March, the heart of iText has a sound beat, but I'm sure there's room for improvement.
Not right away though. Traditionally April is a slow month because of the Easter holidays. We can already see this in the Alexa rankings:

And now back to work. Plenty of stuff needs to be done before we can return to the States.
